New Infrared BBQ Offering 'Green Grilling'

Iron Horse BBQ now offers Green Grilling

WHITE CITY, ORE – Iron Horse BBQ, Inc. announced its highly anticipated infrared propane driven locomotive barbecues last week. Their two new infrared models were unveiled at the Las Vegas SEMA Show (Specialty Equipment Market Association), where they awarded a California buyer (Uncle Dunkel) as their first in state buyer.

With the two new drives come trainloads of excitement. Buyers have been thrilled with their western-themed grills, but some refrain purchasing because of their charcoal-only option. Now buyers can choose from three models: 100% Infrared Propane BBQ (convertible to Natural Gas), 50 /50 Infrared - Charcoal BBQ Model, or the traditional Charcoal BBQ.

This is the first time users can turn a knob, and instantly have heat. With its gas-propelled grilling and smart design, this custom-built themed barbecue turns heads everywhere, and it is the latest in green grilling.

“We’re grilling with infrared technology,” says Jim Oberlander, President and Founder of the company. “With the infrared energy traveling at the speed of light, it’s the ultimate green grilling, and has the highest level of moisture retention. It’s not only clean, but it’s hot!” Sales are expected to sizzle with these new models.

Come see them at booth # 2845 on November 20th at 1:30pm to get a 10-minute power presentation of the new infrared barbecue train grills.
